We’ve been really busy at O3 World. Bigger and better projects are piling in, and I’m glad we have such a great team to help tackle it all. A lot of hard work from a lot of different people goes into making a successful web project. If it wasn’t for great Project Managers, the other members of the team would be tied down to client interactions, and project goals. If it wasn’t for great designers, developers would be lost navigating unorganized PSDs, and designs full of bad practices. At O3 World I have the pleasure of working with some really great people who are not only great at what they do, but they make my job easier by going above and beyond what is expected of them. From staying late and coming early, to maintaining high moral and enthusiasm, the people you work with make it easier to get up in the morning.
On a very similar note, some of my co-workers and I will be participating in the Tough Mudder on May 13th. The team consists of Chris Loringer, Justin Handler, Zach Galifianakis, Keith Scandone, and Mike “Johnny Cupcakes” Gadsby. We’ve been training for the past couple of months leading up to our 12 mile race filled with obstacles constructed by British Special Forces. From running, swimming, climbing, and barrelling through an electrified wire field, we, as a team, have been preparing ourselves to kick some ass. With the race quickly approaching, we’ve been pushing each other more and more. Calling each other out for drinking beers, eating fatty foods, etc. All of this team work and communication overflows into our day-to-day, and has really strengthened our relationships. I’m looking forward to race day, and for what comes next.
